1. Shipping Methods
We ship our products throughout the 48 contiguous United States and overseas.
- Standard Shipping: $4.95 shipping and handling up to 2 lbs - USPS Priority Mail. Once the items are shipped, it can take up to 14 days to arrive. Please contact us if you haven’t received your package 21 days after the item has been shipped. Please allow 3 business days for us to process the order. We do not process our orders on weekends or holidays. To qualify for the rates listed above, orders must not exceed 2 lbs. If your order exceeds 2 lbs., we will notify you about any extra shipping cost involved.
- Expedited Shipping: Contact us if you would like overnight shipping. Additional charges will apply.
- International Shipping: $13.45 shipping and handling up to 2 lbs - USPS International Priority Mail. We accept orders from all international locations. The standard shipping and handling charge applies, plus any additional shipping and custom charges. The customer will be billed any additional charges if we get charged for customs. Once the items are shipped, it can take up to 21 days to arrive. Please let us know if you would prefer other shipping methods. If you have not received your package after 30 days after it has been shipped out, please contact us immediately. All orders are processed Monday through Friday. We do not process orders or handle shipping on weekends or holidays.

Bite Defense has the discretion to occasionally update this Shipping Policy. When we do, we will also revise the “updated” date at the bottom of this Shipping Policy page.
