If you are not satisfied with the fit of your mouthguard, we will adjust it until it fits perfectly, or remake it if necessary. Your satisfaction is our primary goal. 1. Refitting Instructions - 5 Easy Steps to No Hassle Refitting
Before shipping your mouthguard for refitting, we recommend that you review our entire return & replacement policy below.
1. Contact us so we can discuss the issue with the mouthguard. Once we determine a refitting or replacement is needed, we will e-mail you a prepaid return shipping lable. Print out the shipping lable and pack up the mouthguard.
2. Include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product’s original packaging.
3. Include a copy of your packing slip/invoice with your return shipment.
4. Download our return form from below. Include the return form that has been filled out.

We will cover all shipping costs for any adjustment required to make the mouthguard fit perfectly. If the return or replacement is not our fault, or if it is returning T-shirts, the customer will pay for return or exchange shipment.
2. Policy
Return your product within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Customers must return their item(s) within 14 days of receipt of their order.
We do not offer any refund for mouthguard products. We can only offer refitting to perfect the fit, and replacement if necessary.
T-shirts are subject to refund or exchange. Please return them in unused and unwashed, new condition. Once the item is received, allow us 14 days to process the refund or exchange.
Returned products are subject to inspection by Bite Defense staff. All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, e.g. gift with purchase, and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered, used, or damaged.
3. Changes to This Statement
Bite Defense has the discretion to occasionally update this Returns & Replacement Policy. When we do, we will also revise the “updated” date at the bottom of this Returns & Replacement Policy page.
