THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT EXIST BEYOND THE LANGUAGE SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION. In the event that a warranty is found to exist, Bite Defense disclaims all liability for injuries or losses sustained if the product has been tampered with or used improperly, including, but not limited to: (i) use by someone other than the person for whom the product was properly fitted, (ii) any use, other than by an athlete/participant in a supervised sporting or athletic event, (iii) use after the mouth guard has been tampered
with and/or chewed.
